Manage Plant Obsolescence Issues

POMS, the Proactive Obsolescence Management System is a database and search tool designed to provide quick and easy retrieval of equipment and vendor obsolescence information. It also incorporates OIRD (Obsolete Items Replacement Database) part data and EPIX (Equipment Performance and Information Exchange) information. The BOM (Bill of Materials) reconstitution system links equipment to parts through the BOM and work orders to better associate obsolete part information to the parent equipment.
