Electronic Modification Process

Configuration Management Interface System (CMIS)

Program Screenshot CMIS assists engineers with the process of creating Engineering Change Packages (ECPs), Calculations, and Temporary Modifications (TMs) and is set up to maximize automation of data sharing, data fidelity, and time savings. In addition, CMIS also supports interfaces with other site organizations to perform interface evaluations as well as supporting the creation of Affected Document Lists and Interim Drawing Change Notices (IDCNs).

Proactive Obsolescence Management System

Manage Plant Obsolescence Issues

Program Screenshot POMS is a database and search tool designed to provide quick and easy retrieval of equipment and vendor obsolescence information. It also incorporates OIRD part data and EPIX information. POMS is a powerful tool to enable users to proactively identify issues and develop solutions before the issue occurs. POMS can now be integrated with your System Health, your PM Program, your Work Management System, and much more.

Single Point Vulnerability Management System

Improve Force Loss Rate and Unit Availability

Program Screenshot SPV Management System is a WEB based application designed to automate compliance to the INPO AP-913 Equipment Reliability Process related to the identification and coping strategies of Single Point Vulnerabilities. Within the suite of ER software applications currently developed, SPV Management System has the potential to provide the largest direct focus on improving force loss rate and Unit availability. Options for integrating the SPV Management System with POMS and your suite of Equipment Reliability applications are available.

Plant Health

The Center of Equipment Reliability

Program Screenshot Plant Health is the only application on the market that allows users to easily identify system issues, to send those issues directly to the Plant Health committee, and to track those issues to completion.

Plant Health also solves the lack of communication between System Engineering and other departments at a site, including design and management, to ensure System Health related issues are resolved. Plant Health integrates System Health, Long Range Planning, POMS Obsolescence Issues, and Configuration Management all in one application.

Drift Monitoring Program

Monitor Instrument Performance

Program Screenshot

The Drift Monitoring Program provides a proactive approach to ensure that actual sensor drift performance in the field is bounded by the drift limits in the engineering analysis. Using this key component provides tangible reports and evidence that can be used to demonstrate to management, INPO, auditors and the NRC that your instrument performance is meeting the safety analysis limits as well as the station licensing and design basis requirements.

Maintenance Rule Monitoring

Track and Manage Maintenance Rule Data

Program Screenshot

The Maintenance Rule Monitoring System makes easy the task of implementing the requirements of 10CFR 50.65, "Monitoring the Effectiveness of Maintenance at Nuclear Power Plants". It helps to ensure that safety-related systems, structures, and components (SSCs) are capable of performing their Maintenance Rule functions.

The Maintenance Rule Monitoring System allows the Maintenance Rule Coordinator to maintain the overall implementation and oversight of the maintenance rule program. Documentation is kept up to date within the application. The Application assists in the Data collection for availability, reliability, and condition monitoring.

ER Workbench

The Industry Leader in Equipment Reliability

Program Screenshot

The ER Workbench consists of a set of web applications called modules, each designed to assist in a specific task. Each module has been designed to integrate with other modules for overall superior manageability of equipment and ease of use.

The ER Workbench features a built in search engine, the ER Analyzer. The ER Analyzer takes criteria from the user and builds complex queries. The Analyzer can be used to search across business-objects. For example, with the Analyzer, users can search for components that contain stocks procurement has deemed obsolete.
